Yalaha, FL: Sorry Late Opening
The Walk in Cooler AC went Belly Up a week ago and has only been cooling down to about 54 to 64 degrees, So Most things that I can usually keep for weeks or months have all been fed to the goats. Hopefully I can install the new unit this afternoon so that we have cold storage for the harvest tomorrow morning. We have a huge amount of Lettuce to harvest, so if you want lettuce let me know.
The regular ordering window is now through Thursday 8am for Friday-Sunday pickup. (Or check with me if you might want to pick up sooner, I’m usually flexible.)
I may still be able to take orders after Thursday Morning but can’t guarantee availability of things as I may have already packed them for the Restaurants.
Ordering window is Monday Afternoon (or when I open it) through Thursday Morning and pick up will be Friday-Sunday by appointment until we expand more, Please indicate when you would like to pick up when you place your order.
Remember to tell me when you want to pick up! (and if I don’t reply to confirm within a day, bump my e-mail or text me 407-342-8515. Though I have cleaned up my e-mail so hopefully I won’t Miss Anyone.)

Wedge Oak Farm: Winter is not over yet!
So you need some good quality meat and eggs to warm up with!
Here at Wedge Oak Farm we are just as anxious as everyone else for Springtime sunshine with birds singing and the newborn calves playing in green pastures. Alas, we still have these few odd cold snaps to weather before that time settles in.
To celebrate St. Patrick’s Day we came up with our version of traditional Banger Artisan Link Sausages. Upon our taste testing, the kitchen crew unanimously agreed that they were a hit! We think your family will agree!
We also have the following Artisan Link Sausages:
Bacon Cheddar Chives
Mild Chicken Italian
Nashville Hot Chicken
We are also stocked with plenty of pasture-raised meats and eggs so please feel free to order online and pick up this Saturday at the Richland Park Farmers’ Market from 10:00-12:00.

Connie's Cornucopia: Something Special
We are now offering something special. In the spirit of being Local, a customer of ours has authored & published a delightful Children’s Book about a young girl who discovers nature though a magnifying glass. This is a great resource for children ages 4-8! Take a look under the “Books” category in the Market. In addition, you can choose an autographed copy that comes with a magnifying glass and activity sheets. Simply add this option to your cart in addition to the book you selected. Activity sheets are available in both digital and print options. This book would make a wonderful addition to Easter baskets!
Thanks for supporting local.
