Thank you for choosing Northeast Georgia Locally Grown as a way to support your local producers. This online farmers market allows you to buy directly from multiple farms committed to chemical-free and local produce all year long! CHEMICAL-FREE means produce and pastures grown without synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, or insecticides. LOCAL means within 80 miles from the market pickup locations (usually much much closer). Do you know someone who grows chemical-free food in the area? Get them in touch with us. Know someone who wants fresh food? Spread the word. Put the two together, and that’s growing organically!

PICKUP TIME is Wednesday from 5-6:30 p.m. in Clayton, Clarkesville, or Gainesville.

If you do not get an email ORDER CONFIRMATION after you finish the checkout process, then your order is NOT complete. Head back to the market page, and your order might still be there waiting for you to check out! If you have any trouble or questions at all, we are here to help; simply reply to this email.

It’s another fantastic week at RCM! Remember to shop Ralston Family Farms’ rice products! This is the only week of the month that they are available at this market! Check out Hoof Hollow Hobbies homemade caramels in the candy category; if you got a sample of them last Tuesday, then you know they are delicious! Did you see the picture of the lions mane mushroom steak one of our customers made? If it made your mouth water, make sure you order some fresh lions mane mushrooms from The Fortunate Mushroom this week! Connor’s Garden has produced some interesting gourds if you are feeling crafty or would like to get an early start on your fall decorations! Guess what? Laundry detergent is back in stock! What is your favorite scent? I think Evergreen Forest or Coco Mademoiselle sound great! Some Farmstand Cornbread from Lucky Star pairs great with seasonal vegetables like tomatoes, peppers and squash! It’s a great time to do some canning or freezing so that you can enjoy the taste of summer for months to come! Plus, you can’t beat home-preserved foods without excess salt or sugar or preservatives! Shop fresh herbs to add amazing flavors to your dishes, check out the live plants for some great indoor or outdoor choices and look at the beautiful selection of fresh flowers grown right here in the River Valley! Our meat selection looks pretty tasty this week; there are plenty of premium cuts and family favorites to fill your freezer! Stay cool and shop online!

This is a pickup reminder for those of you who ordered this week.

Today our friends from Healthy Flavors Arkansas will be visiting us with some samples of their newest product : Sweet and Spicy Peas! It’s a product made with their famous purple hull peas grown right here in Conway – so don’t miss out and come sample them.

If you ordered milk WITHOUT deposit, don’t forget to bring your RINSED bottles (no caps needed) thanks :)

You can pick up your order starting at 3:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church at 925 Mitchell Street in Conway. You are welcome to come in and sit down in the lobby if you are early, but we may not be able to check you out until 3pm.

If something comes up that you cannot personally pick up your order today, please contact someone to pick it up for you.

One more thing to note…with the market outage, the last two days, our email address will look different going to your inboxes.

The webmaster has changed the address to read, support, at the beginning, hoping to bypass all of the mishaps of both Google and Microsoft.

Champaign, OH:  The Great White Pumpkin!! Today!!

Great news for customers of the market, or members of the market who did not place a weekly order….

The Great White Pumpkin will be at market pick up, today, selling the first of the season sweet corn, and other assorted produce!!!!

If you are picking up an order, pull up to the shop, as usual, and I will be out with your order. You can then pull over to get your corn and produce, if you would like!!

If you were not an ordering customer, this week, you may still drive out to the farm, to buy from The Great White Pumpkin!! Their sales will be separate from the market, so make sure to have cash or card with you!! Also, please pull over to their location so that the market customers have room to park while waiting for their orders!

ALSO…this is the last weekly market before we go into our summer break, next week!!

Market pick up begins at 3pm, as well as the corn set up!!
