Vegan!

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Fresh sugar snap peas (in pod)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher salt
3/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Sea salt (for serving)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Remove and discard the ends and strings from each pea pod.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the peas, salt, and pepper and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  3. Serve the peas sprinkled with sea salt.
