Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vinegar
OR lemon juice
1 cup Yogurt
1/2 cup Oil
1/4 cup Chopped fresh mint
1 cup Nabulsi (cheese cut into cubes)
1 cup Fresh oregano leaves
1 cup Olives (pitted & chopped)
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
2 cups Flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 356 degrees. Beat the eggs and the vinegar (or lemon juice) together, then mix in the yogurt.
  2. Mix in the cheese, oregano, olives, mint, paprika and basil, then stir in the flour & baking powder.
  3. Spray a pan with cooking oil and spread the batter evenly. Decorate with the olives.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes, then place it under a broiler to toast for just a few minutes the top until it turns golden (watch the bread and do not allow it to burn).
