Garlic Honey Lime Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound Shrimp (shelled & deveined)
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Unsalted butter (melted)
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
3 tablespoons Honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Lime juice
1/4 teaspoon Salt
3 dashes Cayenne pepper
Chopped parsley

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Using cold water, rinse the shrimp then set it aside.
  2. Heat up a cast-iron skillet, then add the olive oil & the melted butter. Add the garlic and saute it until it turns slightly brown. Add the shrimp and let it cook for a bit. Add the honey, lime juice, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Cook until the sauce has thickened, add the parsley as a garnish, then serve.
