Ingredients
3 Nectarines (pits removed)
1 Plum (pit removed)
1 teaspoon Fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Chia seeds
2 tablespoons Yogurt
1 or 2 tablespoons Milk of your choice (original recipe suggests almond milk)
1 or 2 tablespoons Honey (optional)
OR maple syrup (optional)
TOPPING SUGGESTIONS INCLUDE:
Nectarine slices
Sliced strawberries
Nuts
Honey
Blueberries
Cinnamon
Granola
And/or sliced banana

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place the nectarines, plum, ginger, chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of milk, and honey (if using) into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the additional tablespoon of milk if the mixture is too thick. The mixture should be combined, thick enough to eat with a spoon.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with the toppings of your choice.
