Garlic Roasted Radishes

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 pound Radishes (halved, with stems & ends removed)
1 tablespoon Butter (melted)
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Dried herbs such as:
Dried parsley
Dried chives
And/or dried dill
2 cloves Garlic
(optional ) Toppings such as:
Ranch dressing
Fresh parsley
Fresh chives
And/or fresh dill

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine the radishes, melted butter, dried herbs of choice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Toss until the radishes are well coated, then spread them out on a 9 by 13 baking pan.
  2. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes. After the first 10 minutes, add the garlic and continue baking.
  3. Serve with dressing and fresh herbs if desired.
