Fruity Halibut Steaks

Ingredients
1 cup Pineapple (chopped)
1 cup Mango (peeled & chopped)
2/3 cup Bell pepper (chopped)
1 Tomato (seeded & chopped)
1/3 cup Cucumber (peeled, seeded, and chopped)
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro (minced)
2 tablespoons Jalapeno pepper (chopped & seeded)
2 tablespoons Lime juice
6 8 ounce Halibut steaks
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Stir the pineapple, mango, bell pepper, tomato, cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and lime juice together well in a bowl and chill until ready to use.
  2. Brush the halibut with oil and sprinkle with salt & pepper. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and use it to lightly coat your grill rack.
  3. Grill the halibut covered over high heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side. Serve with the chilled fruit salsa mixture.
