In modern times, because of the time spent to cut meat the consumption of this product has been lost. But because of its flavor, it is desired by many&#8230; Like so many other things in the kitchen.</p>

Ingredients
2 lb Beef Liver
1/2 teaspon ofpepper
1/1/2 teaspon salt
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 Banana Peppers
3 large withe onions
1/2 cup of water

Step by Step Instructions
  1. First, cut the liver into thin slices. Them season the liver with a teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
  2. In a pot heat the oil over medium heat, pour in the sugar and heat until it turns a brown color. Add liver, cook and stir the liver until it changes colors on both sides (about 1 minute)Add the peppers, and onions. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until onion becomes translucent. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook over high heat for 3 more minutes.
  3. Last, season with salt and pepper to taste and remove from the heat and serve immediately. Some good side dishes to serve with liver are mashed potatoes, rice or salad.
