Stewed Pork Neck Bones

Ingredients
1 Pot Boiling water
Seasoning to taste
Pork neckbones
Chopped carrots
Diced potatoes
3 Cloves of garlic
Chopped turnip
Rice for serving
Or toast

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Add seasoning to water and bring to a boil. Add neckbones to the water and simmer until tender (about 1 hour 30 minutes)
  2. Vegetables should be added in the last 30 minutes of cooking.
