Curried Cauliflower

<p>A delicious way to use up all the Cauliflower from the Garden or in the freezer.<br /> Great flavor without being too spicy.</p>

Serves: Will feed 6-8 usually
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 Large Cauliflower
1 tsp Salt
1 can Cream of Broccoli Souup
1 cup Grated Cheese (Chedder is best)
1/3 cup Mayo
3 tsp Curry Powder

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Chop and Boil Cauliflower until partly cooked. Drain and put in oven ready pot/dish. Mix other ingredients, pour over Cauliflower.
  2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes
