Crunchy Baked Chicken

Ingredients
1 3 1/2- 4 1/2lb. King's Fryer Chicken OR Equal Amount of King's Drums and Thighs
1/2 cup Milk
2 cups Wheaties, Bran Flakes, or Corn Flakes, crushed
1 teaspoon Seasoned Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix crushed cereal and seasoned salt, set aside.
  2. Dip chicken pieces in milk and then in the cereal mixture.
  3. Place in a jelly roll pan, single layered, skin side up.
  4. Bake at 350* for 1- 1 1/4 hours or until chicken juice runs clear.
