Easy Blender Salsa

<p>I have been making this salsa for 20 years! It is my husband&#8217;s favorite and I have shared it with many people. You can make it more spicy by adding jalapenos. Very fresh and amazing with any Mexican dinner!</p>

Serves: 5-6


Ingredients
2-3 tomatoes, quartered
1/2 onion, quartered
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
2 garlic cloves, whole
1 Tbsp lime juice
1/2 bunch cilantro

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients except cilantro in blender or food processor and turn on for 1 minute. Add ½ bunch of cilantro and blend for 1 minute more or until mixed well. *For chunkier salsa, quarter 1 more tomato and pulse for a few seconds until chopped. * You can also add jalapenos if you want.
