Grilled Oriental Eggplant

Serves: serves 4-8 as a side dish
Step by Step Instructions
- Make a quick marinade of 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tbs. sesame oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup sherry, salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add green onions or peppers, sesame seeds, etc. as desired. Cut Eggplants lengthwise and marinate face down in the mixture for an hour. Then simply grill and enjoy!
