Grilled Oriental Eggplant

<p><span class="caps">EASY</span> <span class="caps">GRILLED</span> <span class="caps">ORIENTAL</span> <span class="caps">EGGPLANT</span> &#8211; Simple, quick, idiot-proof, and a nice change to &#8217;taters.</p>

Serves: serves 4-8 as a side dish

1/4 soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
4-8 Oriental Eggplants

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Make a quick marinade of 3 cloves of minced garlic, 2 tbs. sesame oil, 1/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup sherry, salt and pepper to taste. Feel free to add green onions or peppers, sesame seeds, etc. as desired. Cut Eggplants lengthwise and marinate face down in the mixture for an hour. Then simply grill and enjoy!
